Spring is in the air, and with it comes a fresh new studio sale! My last sale was filled by shades of blue, but this time around, yellow is taking center stage. Somehow, I always associate spring with yellow—a warm, bright color reminiscent of the sun. While today is still rainy and cold, I’ve noticed that the sun is lingering a little longer each day, hinting at the brighter days ahead.

For this spring sale, I am introducing something new: wall art. I have quite a few patchwork pieces that I believe would look beautiful displayed as art rather than made into pouches. When I asked friends- many of whom are not crafters- they loved the idea! This has inspired me to explore the possibility of art prints made from my patchwork pieces in the future. I love how creative work can be appreciated in so many different ways

In addition to art, I've made a number of these patchwork needle cases when I was writing my pattern instructions. They were such fun to make, and they are incredibly useful too! Of course, there will also be other pouches available in the sale.

And as always, I’ve been exploring new skills and ideas, particularly with embroidery. There are a few special pieces that I’m excited to share!
