I’m Darae, a textile artist living and working in Toronto, Canada. My creative journey began with a love for textiles and a passion for handmade craftsmanship, which led me to designing sewing patterns — a path I followed for nearly a decade.

Lately, I’ve been drawn to improvisational patchwork quilting, which allowed me to trust the creative process and my intuition. I discovered the freedom to experiment and to play with materials in new ways.

In here, I want to share my evolving work— from patterns and patchwork to creative reflections and handmade goods.  I hope that they inspire you to make something with your hands, follow your curiosity, and pursue whatever brings you joy.
